Up With Dino and Ruth
The breakfast time news and views programme with an interesting selection of local guests from in and around the town. Each morning from Monday to Thursday we take a theme (anything from parking to the battle of Waterloo, the Centenary of the Victoria Hospital to Fairtrade in Lewes) and chat, debate, inform, ask you what you think..listeners are welcome to phone in and have their say and often do!
We try to make sure you get a look at these topics from more than one angle, with guests not only being interviewed by the presenters but sometimes by each other.
On Fridays we take a look at what's on and help you plan all sorts of things to do at the weekend. Rocket's tiny but perfectly formed studio teems with life when its time for ‘Up with Dino and Ruth’. Tune in between 7 and 9am Monday to Friday, and catch as much as you can of this inimitable duo.
