Mark Bridge is a freelance writer and broadcaster, known locally for his regular ‘East of Earwig’ column in Viva Lewes magazine and for the LoveLewes.com podcast. He’s previously been a business development manager, a mobile phone salesman and a telephone engineer: jobs that have given him a disproportionate fondness for communications technology and a realisation that he still doesn’t know exactly what a business development manager is supposed to do. Mark currently lives in Ringmer, where he eats cake, writes for clients and awaits the arrival of medical nanobots to upgrade his memory. You’ll find him on Twitter @markbridge and online at www.markbridge.info
Mark’s show, Talking Culture, (Friday 30th October, 1pm – 3pm) promises informal conversations with local artists, writers and performers. Mark will be asking his guests about their inspiration and their work and will also be trying to pick up a few tips that’ll improve his own creativity. Plus there’s an eclectic selection of entertaining music throughout the programme.
